2035 BS – Monastery was established.

2036 BS – Cremation structure was temporarily built on the bank of river Seti.

2037 BS – Cremation structure was permanently built on the bank of river Seti.

2037-10-09 BS – the religious ritual were performed by the then zonal commissioner Ganeshman Shrestha.

2038-08-21 BS – Sub Metropolitan City then the panchayat Board decided to allot 14 Ropani 7 Ana of land for Boudha Arghon Sadan.

2038 BS – Monastery was constructed. The late King Birendra and Queen Aishwarya paid homage to Boudha Arghon Sadan.

2040-02-09 BS – The Boudha Arghon Sadan officially registered in the district office.

2054 BS – Above the cremation bed, GI sheet was provided as a shelter.

2054 BS – Mrs. Masanti Gurung sponsored a guest room in memory of her beloved husband Late Major Khusiman Gurung. A house (Hall) for religious fasting (Nyungni) was constructed.

2057 BS – The silver jubilee ceremony was celebrated.

2061 BS  – The Boudha education center was established.

2067 BS – Additional cremation facilities were provided.
